Technical content
[Object]
The present invention relates to a new biomaterial that promotes histogenesis and suppresses construction due to the hyperplasia of connective tissues, and that contains smnion or amnion cells, and a porous support.

[Advantage]
A biomaterial of this invention can promote invasion of epithelium tissue or capillary blood vessel into the biomaterial wall. This can promote unification of the biomaterial and an adjacent tissue, and can control construction and obstruction due to the hyperplasia of connective tissue. Furthermore, the biomaterial can promote progress of pilus epithelial cells or vascular endothelial cells from a body tissue to the biomaterial, and can contribute to infection prevention and maitenance or an improvement of the excretion function of sputum or blood flow.
