Technical content
One object of the present application is to provide a practicing bat, club, or racket which can be easily used indoors or outdoors, which needs only a limited space for practicing. Another objest of the present application is to provide a practicing bat, club, or racket, which can also be used as dumbbell for aerobic exercise, or strengthening muscles, and which can also have two or more units joined together to increase the weight.

The practicing bat, club, or racket of the present invention includes mainly a housing 1 a lower cap 2, an upper cap 3, a cover 6 formed of preferably resilient (soft) material, a plurality of weight pieces 11 and 12, a shaft 8, and a plurality of spring 13 to be located between neighboring weight pieces 12. A handgrip 7 formed of preferably resilient (soft) material can be provided to cover the portion of the housing to be held with hand(s).
